We check that documents are real and match the dog. However, we do not examine dogs ourselves, so read the results and ask questions. Also see the health-testing guides for French Bulldogs, English Bulldogs, Golden Retrievers and Labradors, and look up results on OFA.
Buyers pay the listed stud fee by card. Then the owner receives it through Stripe, less VerifiedStuds' 15% commission and Stripe's card fee of 2.9% plus $0.30. However, Founding Studs pay no commission on their first booking, and there are no buyer fees.
On-site messages keep your contact details private until you choose to share them.
We review first messages to stop spam and scams.
Paying through VerifiedStuds also gives both sides a record of the booking and terms.
Reviews come only from members who booked.
Is VerifiedStuds free to use?
Searching, messaging and listing are free. Stud owners pay a commission only when a buyer pays for a booking.
How do I contact a stud owner?
Use the Message button on the stud's profile. However, you need a free account first.
Do I pay the owner directly?
No. Instead, you pay at checkout on VerifiedStuds, and the owner receives the money through Stripe.
Does VerifiedStuds guarantee a litter?
No. Conception depends on both dogs. Any return service comes from the stud owner's terms.
What breeds are on VerifiedStuds?
Every breed is welcome. French Bulldogs, English Bulldogs, Golden Retrievers and Labrador Retrievers are featured at launch, and any breed an owner lists also joins the breed search.
